Should Schools Extend Spring Break?

Everyone loves when it’s time for spring break to come around, but should it be longer than just a week for us highschool students?

Studies show that brain breaks are good for most students because constantly learning for students gets tiring and stressful.

According to Psychology Today, breaks restore motivation, especially for long-term goals.

Nir Eyal, the author of “Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products” and blogs at NirAndFar.com explains, “When we work, our prefrontal cortex makes every effort to help us execute our goals.
